If you are a new coach, manager or other team volunteer and have not previously been approved through the LiveScan process for Hart Baseball & Softball please review the documents available now in the 'League Forms' section. Please note that LiveScan is specific to each organization so you must have a new scan for Hart even if you have been scanned and approved previously for other organizations or employment.
If you have previously completed the LiveScan processing for Hart your approval REMAINS VALID. There is no need to process again - You will be issued a new card for 2012 or on request
Once you have been processed you MUST email a photo headshot to our Security Director before you can be issued a badge (email link below).

Please NO Animals unless certified for assistance on the complex - No Exceptions. No bikes, wheelies, razor scooters or other wheeled conveyances unless required per ADA requirements.
A State of California DOJ LiveScan must be completed for all Managers, Coaches, Directors, Team Moms and Umpires. Anyone who will be interacting with the players is required to process through LiveScan.
If you completed the LiveScan process for 2009, or later years, you will be issued a new badge for the 2012 season.

The social media expansion continues.... Above the field conditions (to the right of this posting) you will find a link to our new Facebook page.. We'll be using this page to push relevant updates and 'likes' to you over the course of the seasons. 'Like' us and you'll always be kept up to date. Click on the icon and select 'Like'
Effective immediately we are launching our Annual Campaign for Website Sponsorship.
Limited sponsorship opportunities are now available on a first come first serve basis. Support the league with a high visibility sponsorship now and receive 14 months for the 12 month sponsorship rate. Our website has received over 18,000 visits with over 52,000 page views in the past two months alone (08/10 - 10/10 reporting period).

Over the next few weeks we will be ramping up our web presence and this will include networking on the top social media sites.
The first to come online is our new presence with Twitter. Twitter, for those of you that may not be familiar, is a networking site which allows short real time updates to be posted and pushed to ‘followers’ via email and even SMS – our plans for Twitter include pushing you updates for field conditions, major upcoming event reminders and eventually near real time scoring direct from the fields to be beta tested later this season.
If you are familiar with scorekeeping concepts, interested in beta testing this initiative, you have an iPhone or iPad and you are willing to purchase the application for $9.99 please let me know - we are building an interest list.
