Registration is now open for the Fall Club League for baseball travel teams ages 8U through 18U (Player ages as of 4/30/11.).
Registration must be completed online and is required to guarantee a spot in the league. All games will be held on Sundays at the Hart Baseball Complex. The season is 10 games and starts on Sunday, 9/19, and runs until Sunday, 11/21. Congratulations to the 2010 Hart College Scholarship award winners! Each year, with a lot of hard work, Wm. S. Hart Baseball and Softball puts on the Winter Scholarship Classic to raise funds for past players that are college bound. Those that have been involved in this process know that it is very rewarding to hear all of the great player's stories of when they played at Hart and to hear what their college plans are! The Mustang Red Team has advanced to the Pony North Region Tournament in Camarillo after a dominating performance in the Section Tournament in Palmdale. Excellent pitching, defense, and hitting resulted in the team outscoring their opposition 63-8! Go Hart Mustang Red!
Shetland Red Team went 5-0 (69-10 in runs) to qualify for the Regionals at Simi Valley!
SHETLAND BLUE ALSO ADVANCES
The Shetland Blue team placed 2nd (just barely missing a champion win) at Santa Su to also
advance to Simi's Regionals. They play Shetland Red on Sat. What a battle that will be!!
SHETLAND WHITE BARELY MISSES ADVANCING
The Shetland White team played great in Bakersfield & made it to the CHAMPIONSHIP game! Losing that game to a good Greenfield team was tough as only one team advanced. CONGRATS for a great tournament run this season!!!
Shetland Red will be entering sanction play the weekend of July 3rd and 4th fresh from winning the last two tournaments including the well known North Valley Invitational.
Good luck Shetland Red as they start sanction tournament play in Newbury Park.

The Pinto Red Team went 5-0 this past weekend winning the "Simi Youth Baseball All Star Kickoff Tournament". The boys beat Simi "A" in the semi's and were victorious over Camarillo "A" in the championship game. The team has won their first 3 tournaments for the season for a combined record of 14-0. Next weekend's sectional tournament will be in Toluca.

The Shetland Blue Team just won their second tournament in a row at the SYB All Star Tournament in Simi Valley from 6/19-6/21. The "B" team won the championship game facing the Simi A team. Good Job Boys!!!!!
The Hart 6u Gold Softball team went 4 - 0 this past weekend to bring home the championship in the 'Hit Like It's Hot' - Tournament. This win makes it three in a row for the 6u Gold Team.

Shetland Blue swept the North Side Youth Baseball (NSYB) Tournament in Oxnard on 6/12 & 6/13 with a come from behind win in the Championship game during extra innings. With a record of 4-0 Blue represented Wm. S. Hart baseball with 'hart' and determination. All of their hard work has made them a force to be reckoned with.

Pinto Blue takes the Mid-Valley title. The Holiday weekend was memorialized with some hardware in Encino as Blue defeated Palisades in the championship showdown. Blue eliminated the tournament hosts, the Mid-Valley All-Stars for a shot at the title while compiling a 4-1 overall record. Think Blue!
The Hart 6u Gold Girls Softball Tournament team brought home the Gold at the Westlake Agoura Hills Girls Softball (WAGS) Summer Slam All Star Tournament. The team went 4-0-0 for the weekend.

The Hart Pinto Red went 5-0 in tournament play to take the championship against great competition recently at the Santa Barbara Memorial Day Tourney. Teams from Las Vegas to Los Angeles competed during the 3 day event. The tournament was well hosted!

A State of California DOJ Livescan must be completed for all Managers, Coaches, Directors, Team Moms and Umpires. Anyone who will be interacting with the players is required to process through Livescan.
If you completed the Livescan process for 2009 you will be issued a new badge for the 2010 season.
