• No Alcohol of any kind is allowed on the complex, or in the parking lot.
• No Pets allowed - except for legal service animals.
• Smoking and tobacco products are only allowed in the designated areas.
• No riding of wheeled toys, such as bikes, skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades on the complex.
• Kids may play handball and other games where designated for those games.
