Let's go to bat for more batting cages!
Help support Hart complete a major project with a fundraiser where 100% of the proceeds go towards new batting cages and new storage building.
(New buildout located behind Mustang right field where the old umpire trailer was.)
How does the fundraiser work?
Each player will have an October calendar where they sell squares at a cost based on the day of the month, i.e. Oct 10th will be sponsored for $10.
Each player collects as many dates as possible. The more dates you sell, the more opportunity you’ll have to compete for trophies and prizes at
Hart’s 70th Anniversary Opening Day Celebration at the start of 2024! Date for Opening Day TBD (early February 2024)
Earn $50-199, participate in 1 skills competition of your choosing
Earn $200-399, participate in a 2nd skills competition of your choosing
Earn $400-495, participate in all 3 skills competitions!
Earn the max $496, participate in all 3 skills competitions and receive a custom Hart hoodie!
Skills competitions include Homerun Derby, Fastest Around the Bases, and Throwing For Accuracy
Prizes will be awarded to each division for all skills. In addition, one lucky participant in both baseball and softball could earn The Grand Prize for highest ranked in all 3 competitions!
In addition to individual awards, the top 5 earning teams (players and coaches) will be awarded prizes for fundraising the highest team totals. (Team prizes are currently being formulated from our sponsors.)
At the conclusion of the fundraiser, each team’s designated parent will collect each player’s funds and submit those funds to the league as a team.
Hart will collect all team fundraising money at the complex on Saturday Nov. 4. Details to come as we get closer to the collection date
